4)  Did you think the QR Codes made the hunt more fun than it would have been without them?  Why or why not?

  1. YAY!I GOT FIRST PLACE!
The entire scavenger hunt was so much fun!
My favorite part if scavenger hunt was when we could work with our friends. And also when we had to use the clues given to find the next place to go. My least favorite part was having to run around because it got really hot and sweaty. I wouldn't change anything about the Scavenger Hunt. It was perfect! I think the QR codes definitely made the scavenger hunt much more fun than it would've been without. I think it made the scavenger hunt more exciting because it made me feel like I was a detective searching for important clues.

  2. My favorite part of the scavenger hunt was that we did it in partners. i liked that I was with someone that I usually wouldn't be with. I also liked that it was around the school, which gave endless places that we could go to next.

My least favorite part was that my ipod was slow and it wasn't loading the QR quickly. Also that some of the QR codes didn't work so we had to go back and scan them again.

I wouldn't really change anything. It was fun and well planned out.

I think that the QR codes made the hunt much more fun because its fun to use technology for things like this. Also, it was much more easier than having to search for a paper clue or someone having to give it to you.

  3. 1.) THIS WAS SUCH A COOL EXPERIENCE!! I love this scavenger hunt! My favorite part was running around searching or things. The math was fun as well but looking for clues and where to go was exciting.

2.) My least favorite part was when we didn't know which QR code to scan. We were stuck in front of the PAC because there were so many QR codes to scan and we didn't know which one to go to and after we scanned the first one again, it changed and we were standing infront of the question for 10 min.

3.) I think the directions should have been clearer so that we know where to go next. I think some people were confused in parts of the scavenger hunt.

4.) I think that QR codes made the scavenger hunt more exciting and it was a new way to use technology. Scanning things made it enjoyable and the WRONG video was soo funny I replayed it at least 5 times. I never was this excited about getting something wrong. It also made this scavenger hunt special.

  4. My favorite part of the scavenger hunt was how we were able to do some activities that has some great differences than just answering questions! I also thought the activity was very creative.

My least favorite part was having to sing the ‘Tea Cup’ song! We had to sing it in Ms. Anderson’s room and there was a class going on over there, so I found it more embarrassing? :/

I think we should have an idea that will prevent other groups looking at us scanning the QR code, and then scanning what we just scanned.

I think it was better with the QR Codes because there is no way for you to find the directions suspicious until you actually get into the situation!

  5. My favorites parts were when me and Annette solved the problems and went to the next area. It felt nice to move and have fun(?) rather than sit on a chair and do reviews. ;ㅁ; The pacman one was funny. It was the PAC!

My least favorite part was when I had to sing/dance the teapot song in Ms. Anderson’s room. I thought it was Ms. Anderson because of the Jasmine picture XD. Annette figured out that we had to go the nurse office.

I think I like it as it is. I wouldn’t want to change anything!

Yes, it did. I got a chance to use the application that I almost never got to use so it was exciting! Usinf technology makes everything better. :)

  6. My favorite part of the scavenger hunt was the intensity. I loved the way we were supposed to use our brains to think of the next destination of the clue and it was my first time actually using the QR code.I also think that it was a great review for the final exam.

My least favorite part was having to say 사랑해요 3 times in front of one person among the 4 people. It was very embarrassing because I was alone. If I had a partner, I would have done it right away, but I was hesitating when I was trying to say 사랑해요.

I think we should not allow other groups to follow other groups not even solving the problem. When I was solving the problems, I had a group following me to the next question.

Yes, I think it was better with QR codes because if we didn't use the QR codes, I think it would have been too plain and the scavenger hunt would be much of a fun without the QR codes.

  7. 1) My favorite part of the scavenger hunt was that we did not have to sit down and solve problems, but actually go around and solve problems. It is basically the same thing, but the outside atmosphere than the environment in the class is better to study in. That was the best part of the scavenger hunt, solving problems all around KIS.

    2) My least favorite part was the whole scavenger hunt was we had to solve problems. Solving problems are boring, and I do not like solving problems even though we have to. Honestly, I do not like solving problems, especially math because I am very lazy

    3) The scavenger hunt was perfect, and was very organized. You couldn't have cheat in the scavenger hunt and it was total fool proof. There is nothing to change.

    4) The QR code did make it fun, because there would've been no way to tell you that you were wrong unless the QR code was in use. With the QR code, we could've known if our answers were wrong or right and there was a perfect flow in the scavenger hunt.

  8. 1. My favorite part of the scavenger hunt was when we had to split the work in half so we had to decide who would solve first and who would solve the next problem. It was troublesome because I didn't know what would come out.

    2. My least favorite part of the scavenger hunt was when we had to solve problems directly under the sun in front of the PAC. It was so hot and I couldn't think straight. I felt like sleeping when I looked at the block of words on the problem sheet.

    3. I think the scavenger hunt was well made. I never got stuck and every went smoothly. I don't think anything should be changed or added because of the minimum time we have.

    4. I think the QR code made it fun because the clues were funny, especially the PAC MAN one. I also think the QR code made it kind of unfair for the groups with slow QR scanners. But I think the QR code should stay because it makes the Hunt more exciting.

  9. 1) I enjoyed the overall aspect of going around campus and searching for different clues and hints incorporating the topic we learned in math class this year. I also enjoyed the nice review it gave us for our final exam covering the information we learned this semester.

    2) My least favorite part was the fact that we could literally just follow the group in front of us and we wouldn’t have to do any work. It was really easy to quietly follow a group and come in second place with absolutely no mathematical work required.

    3) I would add a little more variety into the map as create more paths a group can take instead of one designated way.

    4) I honestly don’t think the QR codes were really necessary. We could have just been offered the next challenge if we provided the correct answer to the previous one.
